nude lips, flirty lashes, fake tanners and hair care?

I need help with all that beauty things

1. I want pretty nude lips and makeup to match

2. I want good lashes that look cool

3. my hair is in horrible condition so how do I care for it and make it better

4. What good fake tans can I do
