What is the best advice you have to give someone?

Mine is work with your natural hair texture. Straight, wavy. and curly hair look great. If your hair doesn't hold a curl easily, don't waste your time trying to curl it. If your hair is hard to straighten, don't waste your time trying to straighten it. The more you try to force your hair to be something it is not, the more damage you will do to it.

Deep condition your hair once a week.
