Default Self-tanners? any good ones out there

When school starts and there isnt any more sunbathing, i still want a summer look but i dont want to go to the tanning beds and cook. I have been trying dove the energy glow but it barely gives me any color. I have very fair skin and i like to look like i have some noticeable color to me. but i am afraid of those self-tanners that make you orange. has anyone tried any that gave them great color without any orange after effects. i want it to look like a summer tan not a freak with streaks. let me know thanks

I really like the Jergens Natural Glow and Jergen Natural Glow Express. They don't leave streaks and it looks fairly natural.

none of those self-tanners work as good as a natural tan obtained by laying in the sun with sunscreen on

I've tried a lot of them, and the best I've found so far is Aveeno. It hardly has any smell, and the tan is the most natural color.

There's a new one ... L'Oreal? ... the one that advertises a light citrus aroma and no "self-tanner" odor -- it has the worst stink I've ever smelled. It reeks horribly!

jergens puts out a good self tanner, but I wouldn't use any.

Self tanners look fake, and can sometimes look dirty.

There is this lotion by coppertone (?) I think....and it works really good. It's in a brown bottle...just like the other products. Anyways, I used the lotion for prom and it worked great. Just make sure you follow the instructions. = )
