Self Tanning Lotions?

Ok,

A friend of mine recently used the new Jergens Natural Glow Sunless Tanning Lotion, and she broke out in hives really really bad. It was so bad she had to go see the doctor. Has anyone else experienced this, even with another self tanner? (Oil of Olay, Loreal, Vaseline)
