It's perfectly fine healthwise, there's no evidence at all that it's bad for you. It's certainly much much MUCH better than the alternative - skin cancer!
I don't think guys would care, it's no different than wearing foundation or eyeliner or mascara. Just make sure it doesn't rub off on their clothes hehe!
