Default Does sunless tanning make acne look better or worse?

I have bad acne and I was wondering if sunless tanning would make it look better

Going to a tanning bed is better it will help with your acne. Sunless tanners are not good on acne because they don't on even
Good luck

i agree with the lady up above a couple people. Tanning in a bed may make the problem seem better, but it actually causes you to break out worse because it clogs your pores! I suffer too, and completely understand. I use the mystic tan (sunless tanning booth) and the color i get helps even out my skin tone and hide my imperfections (MUCH better than the beds...they can leave your skin red and obviously...more irritated). Also, wash your face with Pink Dove soap. Every derm. i've ever been to suggests this because it is moisturizing and gentle. The dryer your skin is, the more oil you produce, and the worse your skin breaks out. I have found this soap to do wonders and it really helps keep my face in balance. Best of Luck!

The sun and tanning salons can make acne worse~Trust me! I suffer too. I always use self tanner and it does WONDERS for hiding flaws. You should buy an oil free sunless tanner for your face and make sure you put it on your neck as well. A spray on sunless tanner , like Loreal makes a pretty good one. The one that works best for me when Im broken out is the tan towels~they dry instantly and there is NO OIL.
Good luck.

dont use sunless tanner on your face. it will most likely make you break out even more. i would go see a dermatologist if you can. if not, try the following:

AM
1st cleanser: Johnson & Johnson Purpose cleanser
2nd cleanser: Acne Free Cleanser Step 1 (Regular Kit)
3rd: Acne Free Step 3 Lotion (Regular Kit)
4th: Acne Free Step 4 Moisturizer (Severe Acne Kit-orange bottles)

PM
1st cleanser: same as above
2nd cleanser: same as above
3rd: Acne Free Step 3 Lotion (Severe acne Kit-orange bottles)
4th: Acne Free Step 4 Moisturizer (Severe Acne Kit-orange bottles)
*and then i use the Acne Free Step 3 Lotion (Severe acne Kit) as a spot treatment that i leave on overnight if i have any breakouts

okay...i've been suffering from acne for 10 years now and have been to 6 different dermatologists, tried everything out there, and for some odd reason...this is what works! its worth a shot...i hope it works for you too!!!

and of course you can use the toners that come in the kits as well, after you cleanse...but i only use them a few times a week because my skin is sensitive and toner usually makes it dry.
