i have had these dark lesions on my arms forever-and i really would like to wear short sleeves this summer.
if u have any experience w/ post-imflammitory hyperpigmentation i would liek to know what worked for you? will self tanners or a spray tan help make my skin even toned? or will they just make it worse??
