Default How do I make a custom cologne?
Like a fragrance where you pick individual scents (vanilla, birch, rosebud, etc). The ones they offer online are only oil-based and contain no alcohol, so it's basically just a high-end deoderant.

well u can go to walmart/art section or to michels art suppl store they cary things like that
