I heard from someone that when you have your period, your body gives off smells--not exactly "down there", but just odor--and that you shouldn't wear perfume. Is this true? Should I wear perfume when I have my period? (or will it just mix in and be gross)

P.S. The perfume I wear, Escada Sunset Heat, is very light and smells pleasantly like grapefruit.
P.S.S. I shower and am extremely clean--in fact a bit OCD!

i never heard of that before. i wear perfume when i have my period and im fine. im like u i shower 3 times a day.

i never really heard that, but if it does give out an odor, its probably something you or anyone around you cant smell if you keep it under control. youre fine to wear perfume

If you keep clean, it won't smell. Go ahead and use perfume.
