Tips on doing Manicures?

I'm trying to learn how to do better manicures
I have to say, I am getting a little better but still they come out a little wobbly.. Anyone give me some tips?

I have the right nails for it.. I never bite them so they look healthy and they are pretty long. I just need some tips on applying it.
