i'm getting a french manicure but i want the tip to be like a design or a different colour or something please help if you have a picture that would be great?!

When you go to the salon, they'll have all different kinds of styles and shapes of tips you can get. Get your white (or whatever color) done with an airbrush. They'll hold a stencil over your nail and airbrush the color and design you've chosen.
