does anyone know the kind of nail polish used on dogs?

I took my toy poodle to the groomers but they didn't do his nails so i wanted to do them myself but i dont know if i can use regular polish or not.

I use regular polish for my little girl. I'm just careful to keep her from licking it, and keep her still until they are dry so they don't smear.
