How do u apply eyeliner correctly so it's not too heavy?
Everytime I put on eyeliner (i use black) it is way too heavy even though it doesnt seem like I'm putting that much on. But once I wash my face a couple times afterwards thats about how I want it to look! I don't want it to be a lot just a little but noticable.

well take your time, and dont put it under the your eyelashes, because thats where it looks heavy, put it above your eyelashes, (trust me, i had the same problem, it works)

You should try out brown it looks really natural and pretty, I used to use black all the time but now I've switched to brown. It's all personal taste though. I'm guessing you use a pencil? I've been using this brand I found at walgreens called jordana. It's super inexpensive and its a retractable pencil. It makes it really easy to control the thin or thickness of the line. You can buy it in a bunch of colors too- black, brown, blue, green.

First of all, you have to see if the eyeliner is a good one.
One VERY good eyeliner that is not too heavily applied is called Unstoppable by Mabelline, either waterproof or not.
On the top, you first draw a very thin line as CLOSE to the eyelash line as possible.
On the bottom, is the trickier part. You should place your finger on the bag of your eye and gently pull down so you have a clear view of the bottom eyelash line.
Then you apply eyeliner very gently on the waterline (line near your eyelashes, closest to the eyeball, this line should have a bit of moisture from your eye).
This will definitely help your heavy eyelining.
I hope this helps.

EYELINER Application requires a steady hand, If you find it difficult to apply liner with precision, try drawing it on using small feathered stokes and then blend with a fine-tipped brush or the point of a cotton bud. To make things easier, put a mirror on a flat surface and then work looking down into it. As an alternative to the visible pencil line on the eyes, try a join-thedots approach,
Dot pencil between the lashes and then run over the dots with a fine-tipped brush, If you do not have an eye pencil to hand, use a damp fine-tipped brush and paint on eyeshadow in a thin line. Eyeliners are used to give more definitions to the eye. They highlight the eyes and make the lashed look fuller and thicker. Eyeliners should be color coded with your eye shadow. Liquid eyeliner are the most popular forms but beginners may want to start with a pencil for easier coordination.
Eyeliners should be applied from the inner canvas to the outer with the middle canvas being the thickest. If you have naturally pale lashes but cannot reach the roots with a mascara wand, use liquid eyeliner, dabbing it on to cover them, It's worth investing in a white eyeliner: it could save the day on many occasions, If you're tired and your eyes don't look particularly sparkly, run a white pencil along the inner rim of the lower lash line,
You will instantly look more awake and the whites of your eyes will appear brighter. It can also make small eyes appear larger. Never lend eye pencils to other people, as this is one of the quickest ways to spread germs, If you have an eye infection, replace eye pencils and mascaras to avoid reinfecting the eyes, Sharpen pencils regularly to ensure that the points are clean.

well first of all make sure that the pencil is really sharp
and then for the bottom put it on the insideof your eye, people say that its not good for your eyes, but i asked my doctor and he said that it didnt matter
and then this is what i do to get it really thin on the top
i pull the corner of my eye out to make my eye a straight line, and then i appy the eyeliner as close to my lashes as possible and it is incredibly thin
hope this helps

World of Warcraft Gold Farmers
Massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) is a WoW Gold genre of online computer role-playing games (CRPGs) in and which a large number of players interact with one another in a virtual world. As in all RPGs, So please try WoW Powerleveling and players assume the role of a fictional character not Runescape Powerleveling and (most commonly in a fantasy world),and take control over many of that character's actions.MMORPGs are distinguished from single-player or small multi-player CRPGs by the number of players, and by the game's persistent world, usually hosted by the game's publisher, which continues to exist or and evolve while the player is away from the game.someone said that is a great idear, but i think it's a nice choose! why? because that and Maple Story Mesos it's a best games items for mmorpg, and somefor games player not to be our best games, lol~ we should try and buy some also we can learn some to improve our games account! Thanks Runescape
