don't use liquid it is wayyy too bold so try a dark brown or black pencil from pretty much any drugstore

Fluidline by MAC is the BEST eyeliner in the whole world. I'm not even kidding. It won't come off even in a blizzard although make up remover takes it right off when you're done with it. I'd say get like dark green with your eyes and hair because green brings out the green in hazel eyes and contrasts with red hair nicely. Use a brush (it's gel eyeliner) and line your inner rims on the bottom and the lashline on the top.
