I use black eyeliner and am trying to find the blackest and most smudge-proof. I have used Avon, Revlon, MAC pigment, I just can't seem to find the best one. If I knew how to apply the MAC pigment eyeshadow as an eyeliner, I'm sure I'd like that the best. Suggestions? Thank you.

if you wanted to use the MAC pigment as an eyeliner then take some out and put it in a dish or even in your palm and mix it with some water. it takes some l\time to comepletely mix in, but once you do, it becomes a liquid liner. use a fine tipped brush to apply it to make a smooth line.

The best eyeliner I have used is wet and wild and it is only .99. Also on Q.V.C. Smashbox has a killer eyeliner that is waterproof and awesome a little pricey but it lasts a long time. lol
