everyone says WHITE EYELINER makes ur eyes pop out and bigger and all.....but seriously when i put black eyeliner its gives it moreeeeee moree shape nothing makes ur eyes big...isnt it right black gives u MORE shape and much NICER than white?

I hate black liner it looks realy cheap it only looks good if its liquid liner on top i like blue and brown better

I went to Nordstrom and the lady told me that white made your eyes pop. I was like "huh?" And then, she showed me, and it was true! She was right. If you put white eyeliner on your bottom lid, and then corrispond it with black eyeliner, then your eyes will pop out dramatically.

Black eyeliner is great when you want to define and accentuate your eyes no matter what size or color they are. This is why smokey eyes is almost always done with black eye makeup. Your eyes stand out more with more definition. If your trying to open up your eyes more, black eyeliner will not do it because it will make your eyes appear smaller and more almondy like.

Black is much nicer than white depending on what type of look your going for. I suggest you use white on your lower lid and black on the top if you really need to have black as well. Or you could invest in a brown, grey, or another shade. White eyeliner opens up your eyes, or it gives the illusion of brighter eyes. It also reduces the appearance of red eyes.
