Ok so I was wondering, how the heck do apply eyeliner? I try to do it and it never gets on the lashline. I can do it pretty good on my bottom, but on the top it looks like im doing eyeshadow. so please help me!!!! i would love to wear it. it looks so pretty on all these girls i see, but i just cant do it & nor can my mom. lol

Hold the pencil very still above your lashline while looking in the mirror then slowly draw in lines with a very steady hand.
Or you can hold your eye so that it looks like it's half closed, half open and then draw in the lines because you don't want to do one big line otherwise if you make a mess, its murder to get off.

you have the liquid kind - I use the pencil kind- actually, the best is the one that avon has - order the blackest black one - works great.

Kathie, there is one little secret for it - my friend told me it when I was 13, and I am successfully using it since then, two of my friends even ask me to make their eye liner as they like how I do it.
So here is the secret: you put your finger on the outer side of your eye near the place where the rows of eyelashes mett, and gently pull that skin aside. If you did everything right, your eyes will look narrow and your skin on eyelid will be strained. Take a well sharpened eye liner and draw a narrow line in direction from nose, as close to the eyelashes as you can. Put the eyelid back and there you get your perfect eye make-up

just outline the eye and no pulling or tugging around the eyes it will only cause wrinkles in the long run use a creamy eyeliner as will you can also use podwer to cover it and reapply it and it will stay longer
