for some reason i have hard time keeping my black eye liner on it usually goes away like after 5 or 10 minutes, any idea of a really good one that wont come off that easy.

if you are puting the eyeliner on the bottom, right above the lashline where you know its kinda shiney and smooth, right next to your eye. then it will come right off, you have to put in your actual lashline. the natural moistness of your eyes will make it come off if its above your lashline.... also the closer to the eye you put black eyeliner the smaller it makes your eye look...

lancome liquid eye liner, you can do anything once it is dry. but it will still come off when you wash your face.
