I need to find a black [twist pencil] eye liner that doesn't smudge. I've bought ones that say they don't smudge but at the end of the day it always is. What do you recommend?

I use to use Revlon cause it works really well and doesnt smudge cause i have oily skin....but i got hooked on 24/7 @ Sephora...it isnt a twist end on which i dont like that much but its really black and doesnt smudge at all....DO NOT USE COVERGIRL...it sucks!

Well I use the MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack. It's a gel eyeliner and is applied with an eyeliner brush ( i use the flat brush). This eyeliner stays on all day and does not smudge or smear. Trust me. It also lasts a long time. I've had my container for about 2 months now and I 3/4 left. Try it.

I used to have this problem with pencil liner. Try liquid liner. It really stays put through out the day. L'Oreal makes a great liquid pencil that is fairly easy to apply, really! It only takes a little practice. If you must use pencil liner try putting a shadow over it to help set it in place. You can even use a black powder shadow over the pencil to help it last longer!

I only wear liquid eyeliner... I use Almays: works great.

i recoomend thet you dont try to hide who you are
besause most of the eyeliner is animal tested
on bunnies they put it on their eyes and see what happens
the bunnies will eventually go blind if its a bad eyeliner
some cry and try to escape the metal collars which they are put in most die in the escape
i kow some people wont care but
