im a 19 year old male & im new to being a mosher/goth and gonna start wearing eyeliner. any help and tips from girls on what i should buy and how to put it on properly.

Try Rimmel eyeliner, I think thats probably one of the best reasonably priced ones.
As for putting it on, put it above your bottom lashes. And just along the line of your top ones.

Please - could you stop now? If you want attention, can't you do something productive instead of making yourself look weird. What's up with that anyways? Why do people chose to look strange? If its the way you express yourself, then why not express yourself in something that doesn't affect others, like poetry, a song, a painting? Why must others have to see someone who wants to be noticed for looking weird? Can you not go to college? Get a job? Be a contribute to society?

Make sure its a soft Kohl eyeliner. Just pull your bottom eyelid down gently and apply, again gently. Good Luck.
