i've noticed a lot fo girls put liner on there inner rim, typically black, and often looks really good! but whenever i try it, it makes my eyes look really small, typically i use white. does anyone else find the black dosn't work for them??

yes.. depending on your eyes, putting black eyeliner on the inner rim will make your eyes look very small. so that's a trend you can't get into. stick to putting it on the outer rim. that looks really good too!

I used to wear my eyeliner liek that last year but really in the end the natural look is the best. If you do wear eyeliner wear it on the end of the bottom lid at the end of your eye where it makes your eye elongated. You want to rub it into the eyelash also.

I prefer brown eyeliner.

Yup, makes me look like i have peas for eyes as well. So sometimes, I'll smudge some eyeshadow under and over, to a catseye angle at the edges. It takes some of the attention away from the center eye, and out towards the edges.

I use black on the inner rim, but I hear it might cause infection if you don't do it right. Maybe you should try brown. It's lighter, and it brings out certain eye colors.

well, i have extremely large eyes.
people call them bambi eyes XD
so when i but black on the inner rim
it tones them down a bit,
& it looks reallly good.
because they look slightly smaller.

i use the inner rim thing so i dont look like im overdoing the liner look. wen u use the black liner on just the outside u look like u have black circles around ur eyes and look really trampy. it can also smudge wen u its on the outside. white eyeliner makes ur eyes look bigger than they really are. use the white on the outside and the black on the inner rim so ur eyes stand out and look bright but are still outlined by the black on the inner rim. but dont over do the white or the black.

I uesd to ages ago..then realised it didn't look good!! Made my eyes look really small. now i just smudge some on outer eye. depends on the size and shape of your eye.
