To get that 'cats eye' look, get a liquid eyeliner and start thin at the eyes corner and thicken as you go out. Take a little lift at the outside edge for a little 'whip'. As far as mascara, make sure your wand is clean and not too gunky looking. Then again, lightly do the inside lashes and thicken out as you go. It creates a very dramatic, almost star like quality or look! Top it off with lightly lining the lower lid UNDER the bottom lash and lightly applying mascara to the lash. There is no better way to make your eyes look smaller then to apply liner to the inside of your lower eyelid. Good luck!
