i don't really see any eyeliner on that girl...

when i was your age this is what i used to do, it's not too much and it isn't too little.

pull down the lower lid of your eye and line the rims of it with a black pencil liner. you can use brown too if black looks to harsh on you. they do your other eye, and when you're finished squeeze your eyes tightly shut so the eyeliner bleeds a little onto your top inner lid as well.

Also, it is a really good idea to pull your eyelid tight (like oriental eyes) while applying eyeliner. It makes a smoother line to work with.

you just need a black eyeliner either liquid or paste and you apply it around your eye. and it'll look fine.

Her eyeliner looks more like mascara. It seems to be grey, applied with an eye-makeup brush, and then smudged slightly. May I add, you likely don't need much. Your eyes are pretty as they are. Lucky you!

i think its just eyeshadow but u can berly tell she weraing som probaly its just a bit of black or dark eye shadow put on the bottom like a regular pencial eye liner
