i don't know how to do that for full eyes using eye pencil??

Im a Professional makeup artist. Make sure the pencil is very sharpened. or else the line will be too thick and look bad. Stretch out your lid with your finger a little so you have room to draw the line. Stay as close to or on top of your lashes as you can. You can buy a small makeup brush and blend into the lashes if you make a mistake. any other questions just let me know!

the top should be right across/over your lashes- the bottom of you eye do the inside near you eye. hope that helps. if you really want i dramatic look then take the corners - outside corners up toward your eyebrow. kind of a genie look. good luck.
