is kajal pencil and eye liner same thing?















which brand of kajal pencil/liner should i use??

N they r not...eye liner is liquid and more black but Kajal that is Khol is absolutely not a liquid...Brand for kajal I would advise Shareye...or something like this...forgot th name!But to give a better and mysterious look eyeliner would be more advisable...good luck
