Do you put on eyeliner first or eyeshadow first?

I always put on my eyeshadow first, otherwise if I put the eyeliner on first, it would be covered up by the eyeshadow.

I put on eyliner, then eyeshaddow, and then mascarra.

okay it depends if youre trying to blend the eyeliner or you want to be able to see it.
liquid liners should go over because eyeshadows can smear them.

kohl eyeliners can go either over or under because they are for blending.

regular-it depends if you want it to blend or stand out.

always do ur eyeshadow first. then use ur liner. u can see some vids on youtube.com that show u how to do ur make up my faves are pacea81 and kkskinnnyyy
