Default what kind of eyeliner should i use?

I wear Revlon eyeliner now and i do get the waterproof but it still doesnt stay and have that fine line it did when i first put it on...i need it to stay the same way throughout the day....should i go more expensive or what?

Bobbi brown long wear gel eyelinerrr.
You apply it with another eyeliner brush.
Stays on all day, gives you a well defined line too!

I always get all day results with a liquid liner. I like Max Factor or Physcians Formula
