Ok, so this may sound odd but when i go outside in sunlight my eyes are pure pure green but when i go inside in a closed space my eyes are brown. I would like the best eyeliner colour! Black just isnt for me but sometimes i may wear a bit! Any other great colour suggestions for eyeliner only!
i even tried purple the other day it makess my green eyes pop! but i dont know how it is with brown eyes because i didnt go inside long enough for my eyesto change.

Try blue. i have brown eyes and i use blue and it looks so pretty
