Default Using eyeliner?

How do I eye line the outside of my bottom lid without it smearing and/or looking like a raccon?

Use a medium fine tipped liner pencil in the color of your choice. Don't close your eyes for a few seconds after applying, allow it to air dry a bit and this should work fine.

use Bobbi brown gel eyeliner and when you are done, use a wet a brush and a powder to clean up and fix whatever you have to clean while wearing it.
