Kohl Eyeliner?

Ive Just Bought The Lancome Le Crayon Khol Waterproof Eyeliner...
I Was Just Wondering How Am I Suppose To Apply It?
There Are Two Sides
One Sides is A Lil Bit Fatter Than The Other
And The Other Side Is Just A Pencil =]
Any Ideas?
