If it's a powder, I would bet that it doesn't have alcohol in it (since I've only heard of alcohol as a liquid). But almost every liquid or cream product for the skin has alcohol in it, even moisturizers. If you're worried about it, read the ingredients list and buy a product that lists the alcohol near the end or middle.

the ingredients are written on the packaging. Look for ethanol or isopropyl alcohol in them.
