i like wearing eye makeup - kajal eyeliner and mascara, but .....?

i want to know whether i can use them while wearing contacts? also please tell me some really good brands like lakme or something which is really good and safe for contacts. i also want to know any tips which can help me wear kajal etc. safely while i wear my contacts.
