colors and mascara? Hey,
I've always loved makeup and all, but I want my eyes to POP!
My description is in my question, and if you could give me brand names and/or help sites or the sites of the brands even, that'd be great. Thanks so much.

I have brown eyes as well. I noticed (and so has everyone else) that if you use purple or green eyeshadow, your eyes will really pop. They'll look lighter and brighter. Here are some steps:

1. Use black eyeliner on the bottom and top of your eyes.

2. Sweep the eyeshadow on your crease (alone for a simpler look).

3. Put mascara on.

For a dramatic look, put the black eyeliner on your hand and use a brush to put it on your crease. Then, apply the eyeshadow over it to make it stand out even more. I use MAC cosmetics since they work the best for this. An amazing mascara is Clinique high definitions (half of it is a comb).
