Only one eye seems affected--it's just the upper eyelid. It dryer in one spot, and very itchy, almost because of the dryness. Stings when I put cream on it. Actually, on the extreme, it's acting as if I'm using a severe anti-aging cream and it's "tightening and lifting" the eyelid. WHYYYY??????

If it's a mascara issue(brand new, never touched anything except eyelashes and tube), why is it only affecting one eye? Thanks
