Default Need a mascara that doesn't cause "racoon eyes"?

so, i have tried tons of different mascaras...from cheep to very expensive, from waterproof to smudgeproof to lasts all day. I can not seem to find one that is truely smudge/run proof. the problem i have is that i work 12 hour shifts and just 4-5 hours into it the makeup is faded onto my skin just under my eyes...i look like a racoon (you girls know what i mean) can anyone help. what really works?????

I do know what you mean. I use washable though and I thought that was the problem.

If you have allergies or don't get enough sleep it could case your eyes to water and that could be a big cause especially if you're rubbing them a lot.

I'd get a waterproof for sure, but make sure when you're using the make up remover you get it all off... if oily residue is left and you put make up on top of that... it wont stick.

GOOD LUCK!
