Default Reasonably priced mascara (UK)?

I say UK because sometimes Americans name brands no available in the UK.

I've been wearing Yves Sain Laurent mascara for many years, but it's ?18 a tube. I've been feeling guilty lately about spending so much money on frivalous stuff. I bought a Rimmel one for ?6 and it really was complete crap.

If you can recommend a good mascara at a reasonable price I'd be most grateful.
please excuse the typos :/

I use Arbonne's mascara. No animal testing, no animal products/by products, no mineral oil, and botanically based. You can purchase it at www.hmakowske.myarbonne.com if you're interested.
