I want my eyes to stand out more than anything else on my face, but was told by a makeup artist most people don't wear mascara on the bottom lashes as they get older.

I don't wear alot of any other makeup, and was wondering if you ladies still applied mascara to your bottom lashes as well as top lashes

I just put a little bit on my lower lashes. I barely even brush my brush against them.
