Why not treat her and get her eye lashes tinted brown and if she likes then the beauty therapist can darken them till they are the right shade for her. also she could have her eyebrows done! It only cost £10 for the both done around here so it wouldn't be all that expensive and it wont fade the colour lasts till the lashes fall out! If she has a teary moment it wont run like mascara! I have mine done all the time its so much cheaper than buying a new mascara every month I recommend it to everyone! All my mates come to me once ever 5 weeks to have it done (I'm a beauty therapist) If she would want it redone I recommend waiting for 4-6weeks.
