I have "Latin Lashes" which are dull, very, very short, so hard to use eyelash curler, black lashes and light Italian coloring which means my lids have a natural greenish (aka "olive") tone as do my under-eyes. What's the best non-flaking mascara and eye shadow for me? Any proffesional makeup people out there? Only cruelty free, please.
