...waterproof and it's washable!? Wow, yesterday I bought Maybelliene's Great Lash mascara in Blackest Black from CVS thinking it was Waterproof =(! Should I still wear it anyway since my mom bought it out of her last dollar bills? Hopefully nothing will make me cry (lol....)!

you can return it if you havent used it.

If you've already used it and can't return it, just apply it to your top lashes only, and that will avoid most of the smudging or running.
