When I use mascara should I put it on the top and bottom of just the top?

Actually my wife likes it on the top because it makes it seem like it makes her eyelashes longer but if you want your eyes to pop i would suggest to use the bottom and the top

I always do a couple coats on the top and one delicate coat on the bottom.

I am fair skinned though so I never like to 'over do it' .

just the top...if you want to put it on the bottom as well, wipe some mascara off then apply it vertically

i put it on both for a wide-eye look, but the "right" look varies and depends on your eye shape, face shape, and personal preference. try doing top & bottom and if you dont like it, try just top. some people even just do the bottom because they have long, thick lashes on the top already. good luck! =)

No matter how much people THINK mascara looks good on the bottom, they are wrong.
