i'm going on vacation to florida soon and i want to buy waterproof mascara. i bought maybelline, but it didnt work in the pool. first of all, is it really bad for your eyes? i've heard it's like impossible to get off and pulls out your eyelashes. if this is not true, does anyone know of a good brand that make me look like a racoon coming out of the ocean and is safe to use?

dont know a good brand, but yeh it comes off... you just have to use mascara remover

I use Revlon it is the one with the white coat than the black coat. Make sure you get the water proof kind. It stays on when I swim for hours. I never have it run down my face or any thing. It also it not true it will not make your eye-lashes fall off. All you have to do is use a make-up remover that is for water proof mascara. I like one that is maid by Neautragena.

I have used Yves Rocher and it was great but you need a good cream or eye make up remover to get it off...
Also Cover girl was good but same thing getting it off..

I use a good sensitive skin, fragrance free.. facial cream to remove my eye make up......works really well..

Revlon would be my next choice.

i bought a waterproof mascara recently. Its the one Queen Latifah uses. lol its Covergirl Lash exact. its in a purple tube. it works really well for me, and it comes off easily when you want it to too.
