where can i get glitter mascara and what's the brand?

i saw this advertisement in the tv showing glitter mascara..but i forgot wat brand isit? isit cover girl, silky girl or mabelline[watever the spelling is] or other brand? i want to know as i wanted to buy one..but i don't know where to buy unless i know the brand!?

I dont think we're in the same country but the glitter mascaras I know of are
