i don't like to wear makeup, except for some cover up, light face powder and a light bronzer. my eyes are small and lashes are light brown and not very full. i have a 'tic' in one eye which causes macara or any other eye makeup to get smudged and look crappy.

If you want semi-permanent mascara, try getting your eyelashes tinted. Just go to your hairdresser/salon and ask for it...it should only cost bout $10. It will ensure that your mascara doesnt smudge.

Otherwise, try using white eyeliner (pencil). Its supposed to really open your eyes, so try applying on your lower lids

Try lip gloss. Rub clear gloss all over your lashes and eye lids. Don't use too much. Trust me this works if you have small eyes. I do it every day and I love the look. Don't feel silly just try it.
