not really sure about powder, but covergirl lash exact is THE BEST EVER!!! it never clumps --i use it-- and is super fast to apply. you can also get a volumizing variety, and it doesnt clump either.

I have found that the volumizer from loreal is good and stay away from water proof oh and always remove your old make up before reapplying it helps oh and remember you get what you pay for.

Lash Stylist is the best! found at wal-mart

and powder, you should try bare minerals from loreal paris. it doesn't give you acne either.

your mascara is clumpy so buy M.A.X. clear mascara and use that to get the clumps out of your mascara
(it will not make the color washed out looking)

i buy Cover Girl pressed powder...
i doesnt clog my face and i dont sweat when i wear it!!
