because they think it will make people notice your eyes faster that way which I disagree with that is what eye liner is for. I have done make and hair for television as well as hair. I think well put on shadow and the added bottom lashes covered with a bit of mascara is very classy.Don't and I mean please don't over do the make this summer. For eye shadow the thing that's in is back to one color I go by the color of the eyes . This season is also to go for the natural look so less make up is the best. Hope I helped.
