waterproof mascara as well and it takes it off great! It does not leave a greasy or hazy feeling on your eyes. If you have an
avon rep go and ask them about it. It was on sale not too long ago for 99 cents when it is normally $4. I bought 5 to keep me stocked. Your avon rep should be able to back a couple of
