since i have kind of small eyes (i'm chinese), i'm thinking of trying mascara to make them seem a bit bigger. am i too young to start using it? what's your opinion?

Nope youre not too young,13 is a good age to start wearing mascara & makeup.But if youre going to wear mascara dont wear too much of it because it will look bad if you do,And make sure you wash it off before going in the water because if you dont it will run down your face and you will have black streaks down your face.See im 11 and i wear mascara but not a whole lot and i only wear it 4 special occasions.But on the other hand my Bff is 12 and she wears gobbs of black mascara and Dark brown eye shadow with Red blush,and Shiny ,juicy lipgloss.....But the key to wearing makeup is to make it look like your not wearing any : ).So i Hoped i helped by!

no way youre at the perfect age to start. i started wearing mascara at 12. if youre not so sure about wearing black try the clear mascara, its not as messy when youre washing your makeup off. It will help you get used to applying regular black mascara.
