looking for preferences. not find out for yourself

i prefer pencil because it's not as messy and you can get it waterproof. the only colors i will use are black and brown. i think the other colors are too tacky and weird.

Pencil liner for sure, and def go with black or brown mascara..colored looks weird.

Make sure you sharpen your pencil liner for the best results, and curl your lashes before applying mascara...

liquid liner stays on better but you need a steady hand. color mascara can work but not bright colors, match it with your eye color. Also if you have blue eyes, black liner or mascara will make your eyes look gorgeous

pencil eyeliner is easier to control. liquid is not great for everyday use. and i like black mascara but sometimes i use blue just for fun but thats about it.
