im a little confused, i have dark undereye circles, so should i apply foundation all over face first including undereyes then apply concealer over that? or what any tips thanks?

Apply a yellow concealer under the eyes first THEN put foundation all over your face and under the eyes (a little). Then a little powder to set it all.

The yellow is opposite purple on the color wheel, so it will hide your undereye circles. Just like green concealer hides Redness (like if you have a zit or some scarring).

try some toner first... fresh carrot juice on the face sometimes works wonders. there is this product by ambi that helps with facial discoloration. you should definitely research that and check it out. other than that, it may be a pigment problem.

and are you sure the makeup isn't making it worse? Just make sure the ingridients are all natural and hypo-allergenic. the new product TruBlend worked wonders for my best friend. good luck!
